Select Sitters offers nannies many opportunities from occasional sitting, to part-time or full-time positions. We have something for everyone! We provide flexible opportunities in addition to long-term full-time placements. We offer clients the opportunity to hire babysitters or nannies part-time, or occasionally through our agency (we set the hourly rate and handle everything). Clients can also hire a nanny directly, which is referred to as a placement. Hourly rates vary just as every family has different needs. We are happy to discuss what you are looking for, and will do our best to work for you to find a good fit! 

Babysitters

​​Select Sitters is looking for the most qualified sitters who love children, and are committed to providing the most quality care possible. Select Sitters provides flexibility to work a few hours a week, or a couple of times a month with occasional sitting and part time sitting appointments.



 All babysitters must:


-Be 18 years of age or older.
-Have at least three years of babysitting experience (outside of family members).
-Provide at least three references.
-Have reliable transportation.

-Have no records on their national background check and sexual offender check. 

-Have a clean driving record.

-Be willing to obtain infant/child CPR and First Aid Certification.





Part-Time & Full-Time Nannies

Select Sitters is looking for highly qualified and experienced nannies. Select Sitters offers nanny placements as needs arise.
Families pursuing placements hire a nanny directly, and set their own hourly rate. Most families are willing to negotiate and details will be discussed before meeting the family. 

Salary, benefits, and other terms are outlined in a contract after a official offer has been made by a family. 

 

All nannies must:



-Be at least 18 years of age or older.

-Have at least a high school diploma. (Some families prefer some college or college degree).

-Have at least 3 years of babysitting or nanny experience. (Some families prefer more).

-Have at least 3 childcare related references and 2 personal references.

-Have reliable transportation.

-Have a clean driving record and background check.

-Have infant/child CPR and First Aid certification before beginning job.
