Active and Dependable Summer Nanny (27278)

Select Sitters is seeking an active, dependable, and attentive summer nanny for a family in Hillsborough. The family has two girls, a fun-loving and busy 2.5-year-old and a sweet and smiley 9-month-old. The family is looking for someone who loves the outdoors! Their neighborhood has walking trails, nature areas, a playground, and a pool that are all within walking distance, so the best fit would love being engaged and busy throughout the day. They are looking for a nanny who is very reliable and dependable as both parents are healthcare providers who have demanding schedules. An excellent communicator is also a must in this role. Both parents have been vaccinated for COVID-19, but they are still hoping for their nanny to be taking precautions and avoiding groups/bars and indoor activities until the nanny can be vaccinated. Dad will be working from home for the first month until he goes back to working at the hospital in July.

The schedule will be Monday-Friday 7am-5pm from May 15th-until the end of June and again in August. In July, they will need a bit longer days from 6:30am-5:30pm. They do anticipate taking a one week vacation during the month of July as well so it may only be 3 weeks that they will need the extended hours. The family does not have pets and will only need assistance with caring for the girls, tidying up their toys and dishes from meals/bottles, and help with preparing easy lunches. The family does plan to offer paid time off during their vacation in June and potentially a second week of vacation in August.

Ideal Nanny Would Have:

-5 years of professional childcare experience

-Experience with infants/toddlers

-Excellent References

-CPR/First Aid certification

-Reliable Transportation and Clean Driving Record

-Ability to commit May 15th-August 31st

-Taking COVID-19 Precautions
