Cheerful and Patient Nanny (Hampstead 28443)

Updated: 15 hours ago

Select Sitters is seeking a patient, fun-loving, and structured nanny for a family in Hampstead starting ASAP. The family has three children who are 5, 3, and 13 weeks (at the start date). Their oldest daughter will be starting Kindergarten in the fall, so she will be gone for the majority of the day, but will be home during the summers, school breaks, and after school. The three year old boy has a ton of energy and loves to be outside. They are seeking someone who is active and energetic that can keep up with their busy boy. They also have a pretty chill infant who loves being held or coming along for adventures with her siblings in a baby carrier/wrap. They are hoping for someone who is confident and experienced with infants and managing multiple children of different ages. They would love to have some structured activities/learning for their 3 year old and may be sending him to some half days at preschool as well. Their ideal nanny would be willing to also help with the children’s laundry, cleaning up after the children, and making sure the children’s dishes are cleaned up after meals and snacks. Mom does work from home and will be hoping to continue breastfeeding their little one, so the nanny should be comfortable with her popping in throughout the day. The family does have a vehicle the nanny can use if transporting all three children is ever required, but for the short term, they anticipate either mom or nanny will run to pick up or drop off the older kids and leave the infant at home.

The typical schedule will be Monday-Friday 9am-4pm or 8:30am-4pm and they are hoping for someone who has a little bit of flexibility.

Ideal Nanny Would Have:

-3-5 years minimum of professional childcare experience

-Professional experience with infants

-Experience managing multiple children

-Excellent References

-CPR/First Aid Certification

-Reliable Transportation, Clean Driving Record, and Room for 2 car seats

-Ability to Commit Long-Term
