Creative and Structured Infant Nanny (28460)
Updated: Apr 5
Select Sitters is seeking a creative, structured, and proactive nanny for an infant in Sneads Ferry. The family has a sweet and smiley 3 month old little boy. Mom works from home yet needs a competent and mature nanny who is capable of being in charge while she is busy working. Their ideal nanny would enjoy taking walks around the neighborhood, reading books, and getting down on the floor with their little guy to make sure he is getting the right amount of stimulation throughout the day. They are working to get him on a nap schedule, but right now he isn’t a huge fan of naps. He does follow a routine so their ideal nanny would be comfortable adapting to their schedule/routine. The best fit would be a great communicator who can keep track of feedings and naps throughout the day so that mom is on the same page when she takes over.
Both parents are in the process of getting their COVID vaccine, so they would prefer someone who is willing to get the vaccine, but they are willing to discuss this. They would ask that their nanny be making safe choices and wearing a mask in public and avoiding large gatherings.
The typical schedule would be Monday-Thursday from 8am-5pm and 8am-12pm on Fridays, however, they do have some flexibility if the nanny needed to come in a bit later or leave a bit earlier with appropriate notice. They do have a medium sized dog. They are hoping for their nanny to begin no later than June 1st, however, they would be happy for their nanny to start sooner. They are looking for at least a one year commitment to start.
Ideal Nanny Would Have:
-3-5 years of professional childcare experience
-Experience with Infants
-CPR/First Aid Certification
-Fully Vaccinated (TDAP and Annual Flu Vaccine will be required)
-Prefer someone willing to get COVID vaccine (not a dealbreaker)
-Ability to Commit Long-Term
