Proactive & Caring Afternoon Nanny (27514)
Updated: Nov 23
Select Sitters is seeking a structured, loving, mature, responsible, independent, and communicative nanny for a family in Chapel Hill. Their daughter is 3 and their son is 4 months old currently. They are hoping for a nanny who can balance both children well with a good balance between calm and nurturing for the baby, yet active and engaging with their preschoolers. They are hoping to find a nanny who is proactive and self-sufficient, both parents work from home, but will need their nanny to be in charge while they are working. The family does not currently have pets, but may get a dog in the future (family dog not a puppy).
Since both parents are working from home and they have an infant, social distancing is very important to them. They would want someone who can communicate and be on the same level of keeping a small bubble while the COVID cases are high. They are also hoping for a nanny who can help with snack time and minor cleaning up after the kids.
The typical schedule would be Monday-Friday 1 pm-5 pm. They are hoping for someone who can join their family no later than January, but ideally sooner, and are looking for a long-term commitment.
Ideal Nanny Would Have: - 5 + years of professional experience with children - Excellent References - CPR/First Aid Certification - Reliable Transportation and Clean Driving Record - Clean Criminal Record - Ability to Commit Long-Term
