Vibrant & Genuine Household Manager & Nanny (27603)

Select Sitters is seeking an honest, communicative, and reliable nanny for a sweet and energetic 1.5-year-old boy in Raleigh starting soon. They are hoping to find a nanny who will take the child outside to play, engage him with educational activities, work on verbal skills, and potentially help aid in potty training when that time comes. They would prefer a COVID cautious nanny who is taking proper social distancing measures and not engaging in high-risk activity. Open and honest communication is important to the family, and they hope the nanny would align with those values as well.

The typical schedule will be Monday through Friday from 12-6 PM with the occasional weekend day here or there. Both parents work remotely, so the nanny must be comfortable working in a home while the parents are present. Occasionally, there will be a need for the nanny to pick up their 12-year-old from school and bring him home as well, so someone flexible is preferred. Some light housekeeping would be helpful including picking up toys, tidying up the baby’s room, and dishes. They would also greatly appreciate a nanny who would be willing to cook a few meals during the week. They are willing to negotiate on increasing hours and pay for the perfect match who is also willing to help with cooking dinner.

The ideal candidate would have:

-5 years of professional childcare experience

-Nanny Experience

-CPR & First Aid Certification

-Excellent references

-Bachelor’s degree or college courses

-Clean driving record

-Ability to commit long term
