Sitter Pro Information

  1. Take this training before downloading the app to become familiar with the functionality so you can answer any questions from parents before using it.

  2. After completing your training, download "Sitter Pro" in the Apple App or Google Play Store. (The logo is red with white text!)

  3. Open the app and tap register.

  4. Enter the email address we have on file for you, then create a password to use when logging in. You can change your email address to another one once you're in the app.

  5. You’ll see your name and cell phone number already entered. Review to ensure it’s correct, then verify your phone number by entering the code sent via text.

  6. Once verified, you'll be taken to the home screen. You can tap "Update Your Profile" to update your profile and general availability so you can start receiving jobs! Please add a photo. Note that the availability is a block of time rather than 30 min increments. If you have ANY availability during this time frame, please select it. If needed, you can easily open the app to update this any time.

    You must make sure you update your availability weekly in the system or you will not receive text updates about available jobs.

Instructions​

  1. Go to your sit in progress.

  2. At the bottom, you will find a button labeled “check out.”

  3. One you get to this screen you will be able to say “Yes this information is correct,” or “No,” and edit the information.

  4. Once you have all the correct information, you will be able to confirm, and then you will be able to rate the family.
