Date Nights Made Simple
We know that each family has unique needs, situations, and expectations, which means that each sitter choice is unique. We handpick sitters for each family based on their needs. Our goal is to find the sitter or sitters who mesh well with your family that you can build a relationship with long-term. Through our Sitter of the Month Club, you will get two specific recommended sitters for your family, with additional recommendations available as needed.
A Simple Process

Our goal is simplicity!

1. Complete the date night application.
​
2. We will reach out with specific sitter recommendations for you to review. You are welcome to schedule a meet and greet before scheduling them to work with your family.

3. Pay the agency a $50 a month subscription fee.
​
4. You are welcome to contact us if you need additional recommendations each month (most sitters will be consistent at least for several months at a time, but if you find they don't have the availability you need or aren't a good fit, let us know!)

5. Enjoy your date night! Pay the sitter directly at the agreed-upon hourly rate.

Sitter Screening Process
​
All babysitters have been through the following process before meeting or working with any families:

- An interview with the agency.
- All babysitters must have a minimum of 3 years of childcare experience, reliable transportation, and be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Reference check
- Must have a minimum of 2 childcare references outside of family members and 1 personal reference.
- Background checks
- A national background check is conducted including a criminal record, NC state background check, and a sexual offender registry.
- Current CPR/First Aid Certification
-Your specific preferences are filters for recommendations (COVID vaccination, pet-friendly, infant experience, etc.).
